Villa Palama Comments from previous guests:   Hi Richard, Just to let you know that we have now returned from the best holiday that we have ever had (and wish we were still there) and we just want to say a big thank you for renting us your beautiful holiday home.  The villa was perfect in every way and we just wished that we could have stayed a bit longer so that we could have enjoyed the villa even more.  The holiday was hectic with visits to all the parks etc but it was wonderful to be able to come back to Villa Palama, cool off, chill out and then have some enjoyment in the games room and the pool.  Thank you once again, we will certainly recommend you to our friends and families and hopefully return ourselves in the future.   Best wishes Colin & Judith Sanderson Dave & Mary Morton

Villa Palama - Our huge (over 3000sqft!) 5 bed, 4.5 bath air conditioned executive villa has its own beautiful pool with a hot tub/spa and offers luxurious accommodation for up to 10 guests, including 3 ensuite bedrooms (2 King/1 Queen), one of which is conveniently located on the ground floor.  We are situated on one of the largest premier plots, overlooking a lush Florida conservation reserve - which offers peace and lots of privacy, yet is less than 10 minutes from the gates of Disney World.       The extended 15x30 pool has fibre optic lighting. We have a 32 inch Family TV with cable, a PlayStation 3, CD and DVD players, cable TV in all bedrooms, a computer with internet access, and a PlayStation 2 in the upstairs den.

Just minutes from all other major attractions and amenities...  The villa is conveniently located in the new, tranquil community of Windwood Bay, offering easy access to all major Florida attractions.   For the keen golfer, the villa is just 5 minutes from Champions Gate and the luxurious new Reunion Resort with its 3 signature golf courses designed by Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus. A further 40 golf courses are also within easy reach.  There are numerous walking and jogging trails in the vicinity.   Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.  Windwood Bay is within a 1 hour drive of either the East or West coast beaches. Orlando International airport is less than a 30 minute drive away. To ensure you have a trouble-free stay, the villa is alarmed and we have enlisted the help of a local Management Company who are available 24 hours a day.        Our villa has FREE local & international phone calls!
