 Entering through the 8 foot tall front door into our home, you will feel that sense of comfort and relaxation. The ground floor has 9 foot ceilings throughout giving it a light and airy feel.
On the ground floor you will find the light, spacious, very luxurious FORMAL LIVING AREA, furnished with comfortable sofas and a very elegant dining table and chairs. Moving through you enter the large FAMILY ROOM with it's extra large corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on and watching the large TV, or playing on the PLAYSTATION 3.
Adjoining the family room is the KITCHEN; we have equipped this with everything you could need! Coming off the kitchen is the UTILITY ROOM equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board etc. This room also leads through to the games room. On the other side of the kitchen is the NOOK/BREAKFAST AREA with it's elegant matching table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast and looking out over the EXTENDED POOL/SPA and the conservation area. You could take your breakfast outside and use the comfortable pool furniture whilst enjoying the peaceful and private view.
Also on the ground floor is the QUEEN BEDROOM benefiting from an ensuite and a POOL view.
Moving upstairs, you will enter into the DEN, with its large denim SOFABED, TV, DVD, PC with WIRELESS INTERNET, and a PLAYSTATION 2. To the left of the DEN is the beautifully appointed MASTER BEDROOM, with a KING SIZE 4 poster bed, an extra large ensuite and dressing area.
Also upstairs you have another beautiful KING BEDROOM, again with its own ensuite. There are a further 2 TWIN BEDROOMS, these bedrooms share a LARGE BATHROOM.
The house is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT; also all the main living areas including all the bedrooms have their own CEILING FANS, to make you feel even cooler.
For your enjoyment and to keep the kids busy there is a selection of DVDs to choose from, CD player, PLAYSTATION 2 & 3 GAMES, and some TOYS/BOARDGAMES/CARDS etc.
